Active Enrollment
You must be actively enrolled in Human Longevity's Executive Health or 100+ Longevity Programs. This ensures you have access to our full diagnostic suite.

Complete Screenings
Complete all recommended screenings annually, including:
- Whole-genome sequencing
- Multi-cancer early detection (MCED) blood tests
- Volumetric and whole-body MRI
- Symptom tracking and longitudinal biomarker monitoring
MRI scans may not be suitable for those with pacemakers or certain implants.

If diagnosed with a late-stage form of a pledged cancer, you receive:

Prevention Pledge.
To qualify for the $1M Cancer Prevention Pledge:
- Be free of specified cancer at the time of enrollment
- Activate or renew your Executive Health Screening Program or 100+ Program each year
- Activate or renew your Cancer Screening Commitment Agreement each year (no additional cost)
If you remain a continuous member and are later diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer of a covered type, we will dedicate up to $1 million toward your recovery.
