Screen for 50+
cancers with a
single blood test.
On September 23, an FDA advisory committee voted in favor of GRAIL’s Galleri multi-cancer blood test. Members voted 7–2, with one abstention, that its benefits outweigh its risks; they also voted unanimously for its safety and 6–4 for its effectiveness. If the FDA approves Galleri early next year, it would mark a major milestone for multi-cancer screening.
HSA/FSA eligible · Rx required · For adults 50+ or those at elevated cancer risk
Human Longevity is proud to offer the Galleri® test by GRAIL — the first multi-cancer early detection blood test to achieve large-scale clinical validation with over 20,000 study participants, studied at leading cancer institutions worldwide.
Over 50 cancer types.
Many with no other
screening option.
Most cancers have no recommended screening tests today. Galleri® changes that — identifying a "cancer fingerprint" of methylation patterns in cell-free DNA shed by cancer cells into your bloodstream.
From blood draw
to actionable results.
Order & Schedule
Request your Galleri test through Human Longevity. A physician order is placed and you schedule a convenient blood draw appointment.
Simple Blood Draw
A single 2-tube blood draw — no fasting, no prep. The test analyzes cell-free DNA shed by cancer cells into the bloodstream.
Lab Analysis
GRAIL's CLIA-certified clinical laboratory uses advanced methylation analysis to identify cancer signals and localize their tissue of origin.
Results & Guidance
Your HLI physician reviews your results with you. If a signal is detected, immediate next steps and diagnostic workup are coordinated.

Validated across
20,000+ participants.
The PATHFINDER and PATHFINDER 2 studies demonstrated that adding the Galleri test to standard recommended screenings approximately doubled the number of cancers detected — most in early, more treatable stages.
Studied at
Memorial Sloan Kettering · Dana-Farber · Cleveland Clinic · Mayo Clinic · Johns Hopkins · Intermountain Health · and 14 other leading cancer centers
Over 100,000 tests.
Peer-reviewed results.
A 2025 study published in Nature Communications analyzed real-world data from more than 100,000 multi-cancer early detection tests — the largest clinical experience reported to date. Across a median participant age of 58, the test detected invasive cancers spanning 32 distinct cancer types, many of which have no recommended screening available today.

Important Safety Information
The Galleri test is recommended for use in adults with an elevated risk for cancer, such as those age 50 or older. Galleri is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, age 21 or younger, or undergoing active cancer treatment. Galleri does not detect all cancers and should not replace routine cancer screenings recommended by your healthcare provider. Results should be interpreted by a healthcare provider in the context of medical history. A test result of No Cancer Signal Detected does not rule out cancer. False positive and false negative results do occur. Rx only.
